Before Work Begins: If you cancel before any work has commenced on your project, you are eligible for a full refund, minus any transaction or administrative fees that may apply.

 

After Work Begins: If the project has already started, a partial refund may be provided, depending on the amount of work completed. In such cases, we will review the work done and prorate the refund accordingly.

 

Completed Projects: Once a project is completed and delivered, cancellations are not permitted, and no refunds will be issued.

 

Refund Eligibility : Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:

 

Full Refund: You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel the service before work has begun or if we are unable to fulfill the service within the agreed timeline due to our internal issues.

 

Partial Refund: A partial refund may be provided if you cancel the service after work has started but before completion. The refund amount will be calculated based on the proportion of work completed.

 

No Refund: No refund will be issued for completed services, digital products, or in cases where the work has been delivered to and accepted by the client.

Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are non-refundable. These include but are not limited to: Customized services that have been completed and delivered.
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at chris@topdigitalranking.com within 14 days of service initiation. Include your order number, project details, and the reason for cancellation or refund. Our team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days.
Refund Processing
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
